Salesperson forgot, however, to mention to the service men that the humidifier that we ordered had not arrived by the day they were installing the units. Salesperson admitted that he forgot to tell them. Media filter was not installed during the first installation visit."

To whom it may concern,

I would like to thank Archibald Heating and Air Conditioning for the wonderful work you did for me in repairing my pool heater.

My heater failed while still under warranty and ---- ---- Pools told me to contact your company.

When I first callled and spoke to Jenn. , I received nothing but first class service. Jenn. was very helpful and patient with me as she guided me through the process of contacting Hayward and getting a warranty authorization.

Then a technician named George came to my home, and after testing of the system, he found that the control board had failed. He ordered a new one and installed it only to find that, in addition to the control board, the control valve had also failed. He ordered a new control valve and installed it the next week. It has been running perfectly ever since.

I am an Electrical Engineer myself and I am well versed in the process of diagnosing and repairing computer problems.

I really appreciate the top quality professional service I received from both Jenn. and George. I especially would like to acknowledge George for his skill as a Repair Technician.

"We were very pleased with the installation and the performance of our system. The two young men who installed the system (Mike and Kyle) were very nice, considerate, neat and efficient. Everything went much more smoothly than we anticipated. There were only two minor problems-the thermostat was originally put in the wrong place, and initially the return made a humming sound. They immediately changed the placement of the thermostat and patched the wall. Regarding the return, they were very thorough and efficient in testing the system (to determine the problem), and put in a second return (at no extra charge) to remedy the situation. We would definitely recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.
